Our 4 libraries offer something for everyone in the area to help with work, leisure and study.
Over 56,000 people in North East Lincolnshire are members of the Library Service and enjoy all the benefits that entails.
You can join the library at any age and membership is free. Come to any of our libraries, show some identification that includes your address and signature and you will receive a ticket. Alternatively, you can join online.
You can borrow a combination of up to 20 books and music scores, 7 DVDs or videos, 10 compact discs, 20 Audiobooks.
Books, music scores, talking books and playaways are loaned for 3 weeks.
Compact discs and dvds are loaned for 1 week.
All items can be renewed for a further loan period (providing nobody else is waiting for the item) online, by telephoning, writing or fax. All we need is your ticket number.
If you want to renew online you also need to come into the library to get your pin number.
Charges will be made for all items returned late (some exemptions apply).
For a comprehensive list of all fees, fines and charges, Visit the library policy page.
Items can be requested from other libraries on your behalf. A charge is made for this service.
