Novels that shaped our world - Adventure

Coronavirus update: 5th January 2021

Due to the latest government guidance, all Lincs Inspire Libraries will be closed for public access. We will be continuing to provide the 'Click and Collect' service during this new lockdown. Please see the 'Library Takeaway' information on how to use this service.

A limited drop-off and library book takeaway service will be available at our libraries, after the Government confirmed that libraries can once again offer a 'Click and Collect' service only.

We are offering two ways for customers to collect a selection of pre-ordered books:

  • Library Takeaway – tell us the genres you like and we will put together a bundle for you. No reservation charges are made for this service, we hope you like our choices!
  • Reserve and collect – browse our catalogue online and reserve, or ring and reserve. Normal reservation charges apply

To use our Library Takeaway service, just go to our online form or give us a call.  We will contact you to arrange a collection slot when your takeaway selection is ready – please wait until we contact you before coming to pick up your order.

You can reserve items by browsing the online catalogue and selecting Reserve once you have logged into your account.  Customers reserving books are asked to be patient as the service may be a little slower than usual, however loan times will continue to be doubled to six weeks.  We will contact you when your book is available at the library you have selected – please wait until a collection slot has been arranged with you before coming to pick up items.

Please note: This service will be for books and audiobooks, we won't be offering DVDs.
